I had so much fun hiking, windsurfing, and fishing in the surroundings. The tumble dryer and dining area were a lifesaver. And let's not forget the excitement of canoeing and cycling.
Oh, how I adored the delightful experience of not being provided towels in the holiday home. So refreshing, truly.

Hilariously, there were only four dining room chairs available at the holiday home, which was a bit of a struggle for our group of six. However, the owner may have resolved this issue by now. But it did make for some interesting dining arrangements and creative seating positions!
Limited dining room chairs.

I recently stayed at The Mila in Ayr for a long weekend. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the house itself was lovely and cozy. The beds and sofa were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet street made for a peaceful stay. Despite initial concerns about parking, we had no issues squeezing one car into the drive. The house had everything we needed and the modern accommodation was clean and well-maintained. it was a great space for our group of six, although it's ideally set up for four people.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful surroundings and taking part in local activities like cycling along the scenic trails. The location was great for outdoor enthusiasts like us, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the stunning countryside. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a busy day. We particularly loved the comfortable beds and sofa, ensuring a good night's sleep for the whole family. a lovely stay for those looking to experience the outdoor adventures Ayr has to offer.
For families, it would be great to have a few more dining room chairs. My children wanted to have meals together, but with only four chairs, it was a bit of a hassle.

The apartment had everything we needed for a cozy Christmas getaway. It was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and sofas. the location was great for exploring the area and it was nice and quiet. We didn't have any parking issues and were able to fit our car in the driveway. One of the best aspects was that it had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking our Christmas meals a breeze. the apartment also provided a comfortable and convenient base for visiting the nearby racecourse.
That there was only one bathroom downstairs off the kitchen, and the shower had a problem with water filling up in the bath. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack, with essentials like a cloth and dishwasher tablet, especially since we were only staying a few days.
